Help for RxTally — the tally-first medication tracker for iPhone.
How do I track a medication?
Tap “+” to add a medicine, set how many doses per day (or per week), then tap the circle each time you take a dose. The count goes up and resets automatically.
What’s the difference between daily and weekly?
Daily meds reset each day and live in the “Today” section. Weekly meds (like Vitamin D) live in a separate “This week” section and reset at the start of the week.
How do reminders work?
Reminders are free. Add one or more times per medication. When a reminder arrives, you can tap “Mark as taken” right on the notification — no need to open the app.
What does Premium include?
A one-time purchase (no subscription) unlocks unlimited medications, notes, a dose history, CSV/PDF export, and themes. The free version tracks up to 3 medications.
I bought Premium on another device — how do I get it back?
Open Settings inside the app and tap “Restore Purchase.”
Where is my data stored?
Entirely on your device. RxTally has no account and collects nothing. See the
